Digital Product Nature

All products sold by CreatorBox are digital downloads. Upon completing your purchase, you receive immediate access to the full content. Due to the instant and irrevocable nature of digital delivery, we are generally unable to offer refunds once the product has been delivered and accessed.

No Refund After Delivery

Once you have received your download link and accessed your content, refunds are not applicable. This policy exists because:

• Digital files cannot be "returned" once downloaded
• Full access is granted immediately upon payment
• The product is exactly as described on our website

When We Will Help You

We believe in fair treatment of our customers. We will resolve your issue or provide a replacement in the following situations:

• You made a payment but never received access to your download
• The download link you received is broken or expired
• You were charged twice for the same order
• There was a technical error during your purchase process
